The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, two of which ( Jasmin_R1 & Pansy_R2) are available. The two rooms are on the second floor and has living room with sofa and TV. The house has a big yard with fruit trees and walking and trail trail along the bayou where many residents do their walking exercise.
The house is conveniently located in walking distance to Kroger super market, Methodist hospital and First colony shopping mall. The room size is a approx.15ftx15 ft, with an attached full bathroom. The room is hardwood floor with a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.

The neighbor is super quiet and safe. It's conveniently located only a few blocks to Highway 59. The hospitals, restaurants, grocery store plaza, library, pharmacy, and the mall (First Colony Mall) is only a few minutes away by car, or a 10 minutes walking distance.

Exemplary elementary school (Colony Meadow) and high school (Clement HS) are both also within a 5 minute-walking distance.
