We are very quiet living people. Smoking is allowed outside and a nice outdoor sitting garden is provided. We do not promote celebratory Activities within the home environment eg loud music overconsumption of alcohol and large groups of visitors. Negotiation and arrangements are required with us before having visitors into the household. Respectful tidy as you go rules eg tidy after yourself and respect for one another. We provide a semi private part of our home to guests as well as the use of the family kitchen and one of the larger living areas for relaxation. A kitchenette come laundry room is provided with kitchen facilities for student and guest use where privacy is needed late at night and very early hours of the morning. Seperate side entrance is provided for the independence of privacy to both parties. A family atmosphere is present at all times or for the more private person some space of their own. A light breakfast and facilities to make lunch is provided. Evening meals are negotiable by arrangement, but preferably arranged independently by student or guest. No pets can accompany the guest as we have a friendly family dog already.
