“A family run this place. The sister of the owner was really kind and intelligent. She told us about the society and the culture of Nepal.
The room was comfortable. We stayed longer than we initially planned.
You can use the kitchen but they also serve food.
The rooftop garden was nice.
The connection to the center of Patan is convinient by public bus and this place is suitable for people who want to be away from busy center.”

“The family is so nice, I felt like a part of the family right away. I was supposed to stay one or two nights but stayed for a week instead. I found it difficult to leave! The place is mostly peaceful and quiet, the food is good, the room is basic but comfy. Lovely balcony to chill. Possibility to do yoga on the roof. I feel like I've known Mim for a long time now - I can call him a friend. ”

“Such a great place! Mim and his family are extremely friendly and welcoming, the idea is that you feel at home at their place. It's a good 40 minutes walk to patan but transport can drop you at 5 minutes walk. Another great thing is the quietness of the place, you're far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and that truly feels great.”

“The family running the house are lovely. It's in an authentic Nepali neighbourhood, Imadol, which is off the beaten track & a world away from dust & noisy motorbikes. Simple meals are available. Shops are close-by. Although quite a way out of Patan, it's well situated for trips to the southern Kathmandu Valley. A van runs from a couple of minutes walk away to the Ring Road (Gwarko) for onward journeys to Bhaktapur & Kathmandu.”
