Warm and hospitable stay in a town house with its private garden located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Paris SW just 20 mn away by metro from central Paris. .
I am French, retired and speak fluent English. I am used to receiving international students, interns or travellers in Paris and enjoy helping them discover the city for a full immersion in French culture, customs and language in accordance with their area of interests.
The bedroom occupies the whole 2nd floor of the house and grants a complete privacy, ideal for those who want to study or work in a quiet environment or simply rest after a whole walking day in Paris. . A twin bed can accommodate another guest for a short stay only. Minimum stay is 4 nights. The shower is private but not ensuite to the room. Sheets, towels and a bath gown are provided and changed once a week. A hair dryer and a scale are available too. The room being located on the 2nd floor and the shower not being ensuite, this home is not appropriate for elderly people with mobility problems.

The house is located in the southwest corner of Paris left bank, in the 15th district bordering the River Seine and abutting the 7th district. It is a safe and quiet area which homes many monuments like the Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire, Invalides, and various museums such as Orsay, Rodin, Branly, Marmontan Monet and Orangerie.
The house is at a walking distance from the famous CORDON BLEU and BELLOUET CONSEIL cooking schools and it is direct by metro to ALLIANCE FRANCAISE and ACCORD language schools.
The area around the house offers inexpensive but intimate restaurants, trendy cafes, bars and brasseries, as well as delicatessen and bio shops, wine cellars, supermarkets and street markets (3 times a week).
