This is a five bedroom house in south-east Markham, on the border of Scarborough. I live here with my husband. We are a very friendly couple originally from the Philippines, fluent in English and Tagalog. The main floor is the heart of the house, with a large kitchen and dining area where we love to cook and share food, along with a family/tv room. There are three bedrooms on the top floor of the house; one is ours, one is a spare bedroom, and one is a spacious double room that we hope you will fill and enjoy. The basement is a separate apartment (with a private entrance) that includes two available bedrooms: a double room and a single room. The basement apartment also includes a full kitchen, communal space, a full bathroom, and a storage room.

Other household amenities includes: a backyard and garden with a sitting area and deck, a large garage and driveway, centralized air conditioning and heating, fast wifi, and washing machine machine + drying machine.

I am a lifelong lover of food, who has cooked professionally for many different families and tastes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all available for a inexpensive extra charge. They will be served on the main floor. The basement kitchen is available for personal cooking.

We are a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Scarborough and Markham, both. It is a 45 minute bus ride to the nearest subway station, which will take you all over downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
