Our home is in the suberb of Pacific Pines/Maudsland on the Gold Coast. Beach is 30 min drive, 60 mins by bus to Surfers Paradise. We are close to Woolworths shopping centre, plus Westfield shopping centre which has everything (only 5 mins drive) We have Wet n Wild, Movieworld and Dreamworld only 7 mins drive. Public transport close. Swim pool and park 10 min walk and skate park. House is 4 Bed low set, nice front and back lawn, dead end street, so very quite. Bushland surrounds the back, right and front of the house.
