My home is modern, has four bedrooms, is clean and comfortable, situated back off the main road, sunny, private, centrally located, cafe, pharmacy, takeaways, dairy within walking distance. Bus stop outside home from city, bus stop across the road to city, train station a short walk. I have hosted international students from different countries short and long term since 2007. The homestay fee includes power, water, laundry, unlimited internet / wifi, linen, self serve continental breakfast.
