Terrible is the best description. Asked for 3 months payment upfront in cash. Condescending on a daily basis. Would speak in Japanese assuming we did not understand. However, we did completely. Asked for a refund and told flat out no. Left and rented a private apartment. This is a second year in Tokyo so very aware of customs . Very rude. I do not reccomend this person.
