The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests (all the members) to furnish valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at any hotel/homestay.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Please keep passport size photo along with valid ID cards for foreign customer registration as required by Govt. of India.
The guests should follow the rules and regulations of the homestay as well as the Govt. of Kerala & India
Any additional services required such as; catering, additional cleaning, transportation, tourism, beauty care and medical service including Ayurveda/dental /eye care etc., should be informed in advance for making necessary preparation/ arrangements.
Any of the guest staying in Viswasangeetham Home Stay should not be involved in any kind of illegal activities in the premises of the homestay,which is against the interest of the management of homestay, State / Nation. In case of such violations/ illegal activities, the person / group will be completely responsible for the consequences, including the damages and loss to the management and legal action will be taken.
If any guest having children in their group, they should take complete responsibility of the children.
The owner of the Home Stay will not be responsible for any damage/theft/loss caused to the personal belongings and baggage of the customer. Similarly the member staying in Viswasangeetham Home Stay should not involve causing any damage or loss to the property of the Home Stay owner.
? The members should not create loud noises or other difficulties which will be disturbing the quiet life of the other guests, neighbourhoods as well as the host.
Shooting and recording of any kind without permission is prohibited at the premises. Misusing / illegal usage of internet is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises.
If any of the above conditions are breached by the guest or any member of the group, the management reserves the right to enter the property and can vacate the guest from the homestay with immediate effect and also can take further legal action.
