As this is a family-house shared with multiple occupants, we’d like to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. Please adhere to our house rules, we will have to ask you to unfortunately leave if your staying is a disturbance to the other occupants. ? The minimum age requirement is 18+. Guests under the age of 18 are well but will have to be accompanied by parents or guardians. ? Additional overnight guests are not allowed .Please discuss with us before inviting additional visitors. ? Check-in is at 2PM and check-out is at 11AM. No check-in after 10PM. If you are arriving slightly earlier or want to leave later, check with us first as we will also need time between guests to clean up properly. ? While we do a thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask you to treat the premises as clean as possible: place the dirty towels in the laundry hamper, leave your footwear by the foot stand at the door and clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. ? Make sure the garbage disposed is in the right recycling bin ? Please do not flush anything but the toilet paper provided. Please dispose of sanitary napkins, wet-wipes, cotton-balls, etc. in the sanitary bin next to the toilet ? There is a strict no smoking policy indoors and on the rooftop balcony. ? Be considerate of other guests and keep the volume down after 9PM. ? The windows and doors are to be locked at all times when you leave the premises, to ensure full safety of our guests’ belongings. ? No pets are allowed. ? Any spills or damages must be reported immediately. We understand that accidents happen and chances are that we can fix them if we are informed.
