The apartment is located in the historic district Garbatella / San Paolo Via Gabriello Chiabrera 39 (1st floor) and is stopped by St. Paul of the line B 100 meters underground. The subway allows you to reach the Coliseum (Old Town) in only 8 minutes.
In the district there is the Papal Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls, this is one of the four papal basilicas of Rome and is the second largest after that of San Pietro in Vaticano.

This lovely first-floor apartment is located only 100 meters away from the San Paolo subway stop. The space consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a sitting area with sofa bed and wardrobe, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment features central heating and independent hot water. Great attention has been paid to the choice of materials and furnishings in order to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Recently, new windows were installed. Now the windows are double glazed and mosquito nets.
A small balcony overlooks a communal garden. It is a very tranquil location, due to the fact that it is located on a local road, with much less of the heavy traffic characteristic of other parts of the city.
