Exclusive apartment in the countryside, just renovated, quiet and very bright located on the hill of Posillipo with stunning views of the Gulf of Naples. The property is in a small park with an independent entrance located on the first floor without a lift. After the first ramp leads to the terrace for the exclusive use of guests, furnished with tables and chairs, for dinners in the open air. Entering the apartment there is a hallway through which you access a bedroom, a living room and a toilet. The bedroom with double bed has a balcony, where you can have a romantic breakfast, built-in wardrobe, low cabinet and smart TV. The toilet is equipped with a large shower (for two), toilet, bidet and sink, of course it is windowed. The living room has a sofa, a crystal table with chairs, wardrobes and a smart TV. Inside the hall, the sofa allows two people to sleep comfortably on single beds with 20cm-high spring mattresses. The kitchen is new and there is a sink, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen and gas oven, washing machine, shelves to work and all the necessary kitchenware. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Inside the park there is the availability to park a medium-sized car. In the immediate vicinity there is, if necessary, a night shelter for large cars, to be paid separately. The property is near the Buonconsiglio Fatebenefratelli Hospital equipped with first aid H24. Near the apartment there is the C31 bus stop with frequent runs every 20 minutes with which you can get to Capo Posillipo where there is the Virgiliano Park, a green oasis not far from the Submerged Park of Gaiola, which can be visited only by guided tours by boat or by snorkeling and diving itineraries. At the Virgiliano Park, green lung of our wonderful city, you can walk or run observing a spectacular view on the Phlegrean side admiring the islands of Procida and Ischia, Capo Miseno, Bagnoli and Pozzuoli. With the C31 it is also possible in about 30 min to reach the residential district of Vomero where there are the coolest shops and there is the metro line 1. If you do not want to wait for the bus you can reach with a pleasant walk (in about 18 minutes) the Mergellina funicular station that in little more than 5 minutes will transport you to Mergellina where there is also the metro line 2 and line 6, also the port of Mergellina from which ferries and hydrofoils leave for Ischia with its wonderful unique in the world thermal complexes.
