House Rules

We have a relaxed, comfortable and clean house in Orpington, London. It is very close to town and all public transport that takes you all over London and Kent areas. There is only two of us living at the property, so there is plenty of space for you or your group to be comfortable. We only ask that you are respectful, tidy and look after our home as you would your own. Please make sure to put your used dishes and other utensils into the dish washer, you will have full access to the laundry machine and tumble dryer. Please strip your beds on your leaving day and place the sheets on top of the mattress. You may like to bring your slippers to use throughout the house during your stay, outdoor footwear will be required to be taken off in the entrance in the house porch. If you intend on smoking during your stay here, you must be of legal age and only smoke in the garden. No drink or drugs are allowed to be used whilst you are home. Other than that, we are laid back and easy going, and are sure that you will enjoy your stay here, and your time in London. There is a small dog and two cats who live with us, Dolly, Isaac and Jett, they are very friendly and gentle. We ask that you treat them well during your stay.

Bright, modern, clean and comfortable room which has recently been updated with new decor, flooring and furniture. It has a large double window which lets in lots of natural daylight. The windows also open very wide which is convenient for the hot summer days. If there are two of you staying in this room, there will be two single beds out which will mean there is more space taken up in the room, although there will still be plenty of living space in the room and house to feel relaxed and at home in. You will also have access to the tv subscription service, Netflix and YouTube completely free, including unlimited WiFi usage etc...

This room is downstairs in the living room, if you are to choose this room there will be use of the single sofa bed and a separate pull out guest bed. The living room leads onto the porch entrance of the house so please bear in mind that other guests or the two of us who live here may need to have access to come in and out of the property, hence the applied nightly nightly rate for this room. Please note there will be locks on both doors that lead onto this room and there are curtains for the windows, so you will always have full privacy and can lock the doors when residing in the room. This room also has the same windows as room 1, it is clean, comfortable and modern, and has also been updated with new floors, furniture and decor. You will also have access to the tv subscription service, Netflix and YouTube completely free, including unlimited WiFi usage etc...
