The area is lovely and safe, close to a variety of shops, Surrey Quays shopping centre, Canada Water library and Southwark Park.
The property is a 2-bedroom flat and I live in the property in the other room. The double room available to guests includes double bed, desk, a spacious walk-in closet and a bookcase with plenty of room for books, accessories etc.

Canada Water and Rotherhithe are lovely and very safe areas, close to a variety of amenities. Tube and bus station are nearby, 4 mins walking (Canada Water and Rotherhithe - Jubilee line and Overground). Reaching the city centre and tourist attractions is really easy and quick - 15 mins by tube to Leicester Square and 25 mins by bus to Holborn.
Southwark Park is close by, as well as the river Thames.
Surrey Quays shopping centre is 10 mins far away by foot, and there’s a Sainsbury’s locates just outside the station.
Fairly close to St Thomas’ Hospital in London Bridge (5 mins by tube).

Canada Water and Anita's home are both lovely. I took a beautiful stroll along the Thames on a fine Autumn day to the Tower Bridge. Its an easy walk along cobble stoned lanes, dotted with local history, including the story of the Mayflower. There are many quaint pubs (The Mayflower being one) and cafes along the way. Locally,Canada Water offers everything you need. Both bus terminal and the underground rail network are a short walk from Anita's. Supermarket, library, theatre and food vans offer a variety of options. Anita was friendly and her home is comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. She made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information we needed to find our way around.
