The house has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living area. One bathroom with separate toilet facilities. There are shops close by and the bus in to the city centre is less than 5 minutes walk away.

We do not allow pets, parties, or smoking in the house or around property. Please keep clean all things that you use. Clean bath after use and keep toilet clean. Do not get water on the floors. Make sure doors are securely locked when in the house and when leaving. Clean dishes and cups/glasses after eating and drinking. Clean bedroom on a regular basis. No noise after 10.30pm. No guests around. Breakfast and evening meals will be prepared in advance for you but are self serving. Microwave available. Please as if any other questions.

Our home is about 15 minute drive from the city centre. It’s in a quiet area with a friendly community. Meanwood is a suburb and former village of north east Leeds. There is a nearby 72 acre park which has large open areas and a forest. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away from the house.
