Hello everyone, I am coco wei, I live with My family (My husband , children, parents) in Yangshuo in An old building of the Qing Dynasty house ， yangshuo cultural old house near the Yulong River(Dragon river) and the Yulong bridge(Dragon bridge Built in 1412) in the beautiful Yangshuo countryside.

I am running a homestay(familystay) programme. Hot water runs 24hr, Washing machine, Dryer,Hair dryer,Kettle,Flip flop,Pot,bucket,Chinese Kung Fu Tea,Kitchen,Vegetable garden,Bicycle,Wifi access are available.
king room: One 1.8 meters bed.

Yangshuo old cultural house is an old building dating back to the Qing Dynasty. Being located in the middle of Yulong village, it's a well kept secret that not many foreigners get the opportunity to experience. The village itself is located next to the banks of the Yulong River, which is spanned by the Yulong bridge (built in 1412). Hot weather provides the perfect opportunity to go down to the river to swim and have water fights! Yulong village is one of the most famous villages in Yangshuo which still retains a lot of ancient architecture. Our house is located only 12km from Yangshuo West Street which offers tourists the experience to peak into the past of ancient China. Homestay at Yulong Village will give you the opportunity to get a feel of the traditional lifestyle of a Chinese villager.
Our house is located a short bicycle ride away from Baisha town. When you reach the town there are many things to do including playing basketball in the Cultural Square.
Released in 1987, Jiang Wen starred in a French film called “Le Palanquin des Larmes Sedan" ("Tears of the Bridal Sedan"). Portions of the movie were filmed in our courtyard.
Our house is quiet and close to nature. Guests can take a relaxing walk in the village to enjoy the traditional architecture, have a bike riding along Yulong River, or even take a bamboo raft to enjoy the mountains. Free WiFi is available and covers the entire hostel.
Our house represents an opportunity to escape from the stress and chaos of big cities into a cosy, relaxing getaway. Here, you will enjoy the true Chinese countryside in all its timeless glory. 1、We accept ONLY cash in local currency. For your own safety, ID card or passport of every guest will be checked at check-in according to local regulation.
2、Eating For every room that you book, we provide you with Double breakfast free of charge. But if there are four people sleeping in a room, we still only provide Double breakfast, so the other two will have to pay for their breakfast. They can look at the menu and order they like.
We have a menu in the guesthouse for your convenience. Lunch or dinner is not included in the price of your room. Please tell us the night before if you are planning to eat dinner or lunch the next day, and you should also tell us what you want to eat so we can prepare it for you.
3、We light mosquito repellent candles in every area of the house during evening to prevent mosquitoes or other insects from disturbing you. Each bed has a mosquito net.
4、Check out time is 12:00. If you check out between 12:00 ? 14:00 we will charge you a late check out fee of 50 CNY (50元) per room. If your check out time is between 14:00 ? 18:00 we will charge you half a days room charge.
5、On your arrival you should provide us with a way to contact you encase of emergency. This way we will be able to provide you with assistance if need be.

Interaction with Guests
Every day, you can book meals. Based on what you want to learn, we are more than willing to teach foreigners Chinese calligraphy, Chinese Tea ceremony or Chinese cooking, even how to grow your own vegetables. While our family is very friendly and open to interacting with foreigners, your room will provide you with privacy if that is what you prefer.
Getting Around
Yangshuo, is located about an hour and a half away from Guilin city, located in Guangxi province. As Yangshuo is a small sized county, there are no direct trains or aeroplanes that go directly to Yangshuo. Wether you want to come by train or by plane, you will have to go to Guilin city first.
You will arrive at Guilin in one of three places depending on the train/plane you take. Below there are instructions for getting to Yangshuo bus station.
If you by bus arrive at Yangshuo or Yangshuo bus station, we can pick you up to our house for free. and you need to contact me, you can ask for free wifi at one of the tourist information centres located next to the bus station.

3.We provide a free washing service for all of the bed sheets in your room, but if you get the bed sheets exceedingly dirty (by muddy clothes or otherwise) you must pay a small fee for the washing service.
4.We do not recommend that you eat in your room.
5.If you are cold at night and would like an extra blanket, we will be more than happy to provide it to you, at the cost of 30 CNY (30元).
6.If you would like to cook your own food, you will have to buy your own ingredients from the supermarket. After cooking you will have to clean the kitchen and the utensils that you used.

The host family is too generous, too kind and extremely helpful, i really enjoyed my time since i arrived through their guidance till they drove me to the bus stop, they provided us with a lot of free stuff and they were always helpful when needed =))
The house is very close to the dragon bridge and Yulong river, also not so far from other scenic areas. If you're looking for a local Chinese experience so this place is for you.
I will definitely come back soon to their lovely house =))

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful. Friendly. Comfortable. Convenient. Peaceful. The Inn really was excellent, they took good care of me and provided advice when needed. They treat you like family and it's very much appreciated.
Well worth the bus ride out there, though not a lot to do. There is the dragon bridge (make sure you find the old one, not the newer one). There is biking, and also swimming in the Yulong river. It was muddy when I went so I didn't swim.
Learned how to cook some dishes in the kitchen and made jiaozi!
Kind family that lives there, and very helpful. They provide transport to and from the Baisha town intersection to the home. The food they cook is excellent!
The best part is the public room with a table set up for painting and calligraphy! Perfect for trying your hand at reflecting on the views around.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The hotel itself is a rambling old house with tons of Chinese style (and, obviously, very clean, etc.), and the area is simply gorgeous, but what made the stay truly wonderful was the generous and cheerful hospitality of the hosts. Like other reviewers, I hesitate to write all they did for me, so that they don't feel obliged to do it for others, but I will say that it went above and beyond what was necessary or expected.
The house is situated right on a small river, in a lovely village. My days were spent biking along paths, swimming in the river, and exploring the nearby sights. In many ways, though, my favorite part of the stay was actually just eating dinner with the family. (The food, by the way, is delicious.)
The few days I spent here were really lovely. If you're looking for something a little quieter and off-the-beaten path, but really special, I absolutely recommend this place.

Coco and Allen are incredible hosts?kind, lovely and patient. I visited their home in BaiSha town which was near two Yulong river docks that offer rafting.
The food was delicious. I ordered Guilin noodles for breakfast, scrambled eggs with pork and seasonal veg for lunch and ginger duck for dinner.
Everyone met in Yangshuo is we nice and helpful. Getting to her home isn’t the easiest but it’s manageable. Note that it’s roughly 10 minutes from town by car.
Lastly I would suggest that you confirm the payment and total cost during check in.
