Our lovely home is only 400 metres to the beach. Beach living at it's best. This is a brand new house. Modern furniture and the decor is very stylish. All bedrooms are large with ceiling fans and have walk in robes. I have 3 bedrooms available. Very quite with the double insulated Windows, Plantation Shutters. 400 metres to beach, shop and public transport. 30 mins by car to Geelong. Air conditioning, dishwasher, large stove, microwave, access to washing machine, decking to front and back. Includes Internet (NBN), water, electricity and gas. This is luxury living. It comes with deadlocks, window locks, Alarm, CCTV outside. Bamboo flooring. Large Tvs in all lounge rooms. 4 Toilets, 3 Lounges. Ideal for home stays. Bring your friends, bring your family, plenty of room to stay here. If you need a driver, then that will be extra. Entry to house will be via your mobile phone, so you won't have to worry about losing keys. Privacy and respect for all guests. Fishing and boating within 400 metres.
