Feel free to make use of the internet, TV, any kitchen bits, musical instruments and generally make yourself at home but it is a fairly small flat so tidying up after yourself and being generally being respectful would be great. Guests are largely fine but please ask first, no late night parties, loud music etc etc etc. You're welcome to smoke outside.

The flat is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes from a large supermarket and the open market which has fresh veg, fish, bread as well as lots of lovely places to eat. It's 15 minutes walk from the North Laines and 20 minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. Unusually for Brighton it's not on a hill, so cycling around the city from here is easy.
