The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had our pick of the rooms. The breakfast was way too much for us to finish, set us up for the day, this was a last minute booking but would definitely go back. Short walk to the beach over the train track, and also well placed for supermarket, shops and restaurants

Host was lovely and very welcoming. Rooms were simple but a good size with fan and bathroom with hot/cold water. Breakfast was delicious we had a large bowl of fruit, eggs, toast and tea. Plenty of communal space upstairs to sit together and talk, the breeze from the ocean was so pleasant we sat out on the verander with no trouble from mosquito's.
This is probably the best homestay in Bentota. Located in a very calm interior residential area and also close to the beach. Staff is great. Elderly couple who is very sweet
lovely clean place with an older couple. They dont do dinner but do a good breakfast. its a short walk from the beach over the train tracks and also into the small town - food options are nt great - best to go into the nearest town. Use a tuktuk from the main street to visit the next town or Geoffrey bawas residence - the tuktuk at the neighbours is overpriced.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was sumptuous and well served. Good kitchen facility where we cooked our dinner to avoid expensive restaurants nearby(suggested by owner himself). Very close to the beautiful bentota beach and bentota railway station,water sports. Payment acceptable in USD/LKR.
